The hydrophilic foam dressing HydroTac comfort of Hartmann with germ-tight fixation, keeps dry wounds moist and damp dry wounds.
This comfort dressing with a net-shaped hydrogel layer on both sides and a water-vapor-permeable, liquid and germ-proof polyurethane outer layer is equipped with an encircling, hypoallergenic adhesive film. The absorbent foam absorbs excess wound exudate quickly without drying the wound. In relatively dry wounds, the hydrogel releases moisture and assists the formation and maintenance of the moist wound margin, thereby promoting granulation and epithelialization. In addition, the wound pad is soft and supple, has a good cushioning effect and can be removed with pain.
