The complete procedure sets Perifix® by B.Braun contain all necessary medical tools for continuous epidural anesthesia.
The following medical equipment is included in the Perifix® complete prodecure sets:
- Perican® epidural needle (G16 or G18) with Tuohy bevel and 1 cm length markings
- Perifix® epidural catheter, 1000 mm (standard, soft-tip or ONE) with threading assist guide.
- Perifix® EF epidural flat filter 0,2 µm with filling volume of 0.45 ml and up to 7 bar pressure resistance.
- Perifix® catheter connector.
- Self-adhesive Perifix® PinPad for 0,2 µm flat filters.
- Sterican® hypodermic needles: 0.5 x 16 mm G25 (orange), 0.8 x 40 mm G21 (green) and 1.2 x 40 mm (pink).
- Omnifix® Luer Lock syringe (2, 10 or 20 ml) or LOR syringe.
