Do you offer a newsletter?

At this moment we're very sorry to tell you that we only offer a newsletter to our customers in the following countries:
Germany
Swiss
Austria

We're working hard to bring a newsletter for other countries in the furture.

How do i change my address?

If you move to another house, want to have your goods to your workplace or whatever reason you can change your address in your Account.

Just go to My Account and then to Address Book, there you can change your contact information and your address.

How do i pay?

Deliveries to a foreign country have the following payment options:
Payment in cash at the time of collection
Prepayment via transfer
Payment via Amazon Payment
Payment via PayPal Express
Payment via Sofortüberweisung [immediate transfer]
Payment by invoice (via BillSAFE)


Further details on payment

We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases. The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days. If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods. In case of an overseas delivery for which payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract. In case of questions, please contact us at the contact details mentioned in the Legal Notice.

I forgot my password, what can i do?

If you forgot your password this is not a problem at all. Go to the Login-Page and click on Forgot your Password? the type in your password and the captcha and we will send you a link where you can change your password.

I have problems using Billsafe as a paymant option

We use Billsafe as a service provider for the purchase of invoice. It can come to problems if you have not the right data. The most frequent are that you type in another shipping address than  invoice address or buy for a company and you are not registered at the credit reference agency for it.

If you want to place an order please use another payment methode or send us an E-Mail to info@medicalcorner24.com that you want to place you order and your able to pay in advance.

I want to cancel my order.

We are very sorry that you want to cancel your order. But if you like to do so, please do it right after you placed your order.

We're only able to cancel your order if the order doesn't left our warehouse, when the order left our warehose we're not able to do anything.
Further it is possible that you only cancel some parts of your order.

I want to look at my recent orders

You only can take a look to your recent orders if you have a User Account.

If you would like to take a look at your recent orders go to My Account and then to My Orders. There you can see the orders you made in the past.

I want to place an order but don't want to set up an account

You have the option to buy as a guest without setting up an account.

If you don't set up an account you have to put all your details again when you place a further order. If you set up an account you're able to take a look over all your recent orders.

I want to return my order

Please be informed that we're not able to take back return from foreign countries at this time.

Is there a minimum order value?

You don't have to reach a minimum order value to buy in our store.
