Exercise bands and therabands are effective and versatile training devices made of state-of-the-art materials, which are suitable for both gentle and effective full-body training.
Different variants of exercise and therabands are offered, whereby the different tensile strengths can be recognized by color coding. Hand-friendly foam handles ensure a secure hold. Depending on the model, the drawstrings are additionally reinforced with nylon fibers. In addition to fitness and therabands for general physical training, special variants are also available, e.g. bands specially designed for fitness training with aerobic steppers. Properties of the Exercise Bands & Therabands
We offer exercise bands and therabands made of 100 percent natural latex in various designs, lengths and degrees of strength. Different tensile strengths are indicated by varying colors on most models. The available latex straps are provided with hand-friendly foam handles that provide a secure hold when in use.
The range includes both open straps with or without handles as well as closed deuser straps or special fitness straps for exercises on the aerobic stepper.
Some of the exercise bands from our range are available together with practical storage bags. The training equipment can be safely stowed in the bag between exercise units.
Areas of Application for Exercise Bands & Therabands
Exercise bands and therabands are suitable for all age groups and fitness levels - also for absolute beginners or convalescents in advanced training. The whole body can be trained with these bands. Fitness bands are therefore often used to specifically build up individual muscles and muscle groups. The bands can be integrated into a wide variety of sports - e.g. as part of exercises in gymnastics, aerobics or Pilates. The use of exercise mats is recommended for exercises while lying down.
The effort required increases proportionally with the stretch when training with latex straps. The joints are spared when using the elastic straps and injuries are prevented. You can adjust your personal training level fluently and, if necessary, switch to the next higher resistance level.
