Cold and warm compresses have a long shelf life, are reusable and are suitable for minor sports injuries, for example.

The reusable compresses consist of a gel-filled bag that stores cold or heat and is ideal for minor sports injuries, for example.

Areas of application for the cold/warm compress
Use as a cold compress: Place the compress in the freezer for approx. 2 hours – the compress is then ready for use. To avoid cold burns, a thin cloth should be placed between the compress and the skin.
Use as a heat compress: Place the compress in water heated to approx. 80 degrees for approx. 5–10 minutes. Again, to avoid burns, place a thin cloth or damp towel between the skin and the compress.
Warnings for cold/warm compresses
For external use only.
Maximum application time: 20 minutes.
Minimum 30-minute breaks between applications.
Always consult a doctor if you have cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
Microwave safe.
Do not use damaged compresses. Dispose of in household waste.
Cold-warm compresses should only be used for their intended purpose.
