The green, synthetic support bandage Nobalite has a length of 3.6m and is available in 4 different widths.

The synthetic support bandage consists of a fiberglass fabric impregnated with a polyurethane resin mixture. As soon as the bandage is immersed in water, the material of the bandage that has been applied hardens very quickly. The material is used for fractures of the bones with a wide variety of causes or for inflammatory processes in joints and ligaments. Good X-ray transparency means fewer changes in the monitoring of the healing process. The synthetic support bandage is individually wrapped.
