PermaFoam Classic is a sterile, drug-free polyurethane foam dressing for single use. It is suitable for heavily to moderately exuding acute and chronic wounds, e.g., leg ulcers (venous leg ulcers), pressure ulcers II-IV, diabetic foot syndrome, donor sites after donation, abrasions, and incisions.

PermaFoam Classic is a foam dressing consisting of a hydrophilic polymer in a three-dimensional structure that effectively absorbs wound exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. The versions with adhesive border have a surrounding area coated with polyacrylate adhesive.
