Permafoam concave is a hydrophilic foam dressing Hartmann with special blank for heel, knee and elbow.
The foam dressing with surrounding hypoallergenic adhesive film, can be easily create and adheres securely. In addition, it is equipped with a vapor-permeable polyurethane topcoat. The hydrophilic macroporous foam structure provides by increased capillary for rapid transport of wound exudate and ensures a balanced moist wound environment. Nuclei and cell debris safely contained and remain bound under compression. The Association for knee, elbow and heel is soft and smooth and has good cushioning effect.
