The Cold Warm compresses set of Medicalcorner24 contains 1x all available sizes, a total of 8 compresses per set.
The reusable compresses consist of a gel-filled pouch which retain cold and warmth and is very good at, for example, minor sports injuries is suitable.
Applications of cold hot compress
- Laying compress about 2 hours in the freezer - then the compress can be used: Use as a cold compress. To avoid frostbite, a thin cloth should be placed between compress and skin.
- As hot compress: compress for about 5 - 10 minutes in place about 80 degrees hot water. Again, to avoid burns place a thin cloth or a damp towel between the skin and compress.

- with cardiovascular and sugar disease a doctor should always be consulted
- Suitable microwave
- Never use damaged compresses. Disposal through the household waste.
