The synthetic support bandage Nobacast made of polyester fabric is available in 3 colors and 4 sizes each.
The synthetic support bandage is individually wrapped, consists of a polyester fabric and is impregnated with a mixture of polyurethane resins. A chemical reaction of the resins with water allows the material to harden in a short time. The finished bandage is characterized by high stability and very low weight. It has excellent X-ray transparency. The material is suitable for fractures after initial treatment, for treatment using the braces technique, for the manufacture of orthoses and as a splint material for inflammatory processes in tendons and joints in the extremities.
