The electrode gel by Medicalcorner24® is a coupling agent for the transmission of electric impulses for ECG, EEG or EMG.

Electrode gel is a coupling agent for the transmission of electric impulses. It is used for examination and treatment by ECG, EEG or EMG. It possesses especially high electric conductivity and a ph-value between 5,5 and 6.

Ingredients:
- aqua
- glycerin
- carbomer
- sodium hydroxide
- electrolyte
- propylene glycol
- benzyl alcohol
- methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone
Fields of application:
- ECG, EEG, cardioversion
- tens devices, EMG, muscle training
- defibrillation
- as lubricant for vaginal and anal probes
- incontinence therapy (with electrolyte)
Apply the desired amount of electrode gel to the area, which is going to be examinated. Afterwards, start the examination. Do not use the electrode gel for ultrasound examinations – the correct transmission cannot be guaranteed.
