For the extensive fixation of primary, non-adherent wound dressings such as compresses and superabsorbent wound dressings. The special wave-cut of the application film facilitates easy application. The fixation fleece can be cut to shape and length, does not stick to itself, leaves no residues on the skin, and adapts well to round and conical body parts. Omnifix® Silicone is suitable for patients with sensitive and delicate skin, thanks to the silicone coating.

Omnifix® Silicone is a self-adhesive, skin-friendly fixation fleece. The fixation fleece consists of a carrier material made of polyester and a silicone adhesive layer protected by an application film, which allows the product to be removed painlessly even from sensitive or previously damaged skin. Omnifix® Silicone adheres reliably, is waterproof, and provides both an effective barrier against bacterial penetration and high water vapor permeability. The fixation fleece enables adhesive fixation at a new level.
